Founded 1910, England Brimtoy manufactured -in collaboration with Bing- numerous toy cars and other toys.

It was taken over by A. Wells & Company in 1919 and in 1932, became Wells Brimtoy, Ltd. Production ceased in 1965. Known for producing high-quality tinplate items, some of which are highly collectable today: clockwork Fish (1954), flying Superman (1957), dancing Fairy Queen (1954), Mickey Mouse Drawing Tutor (1955) and Walking Pig and Jumping Kangaroo (1945).
