The Dreamsicles series and collectibles were made by Kristin Haynes and she started creating them in 1991.

Kristin was raised in Utah amidst an artistic family. After graduating with a degree in art from the University of Utah, she began creating a group of cherubs, bunnies, and other characters now known as Dreamsicles. They were an instant hit throughout Southern California, and demand became so great that Kristin could no longer make them on her own. She turned to Cast Art Industries for assistance, and that's how the Dreamsicles collection was born.

Kristin Haynes DreamsiclesAs a student at the University of Utah, Haynes began creating playful characters that she sold at weekend craft shows. One day, Haynes added a bright flower to one of her figures and the idea for the Dreamsicles was born.

At first, all figures were crafted by Haynes and the initial range of bunnies, cherubs and other collectibles were an immediate success. Demand was so high, she was unable to keep up.

DreamsiclesShe turned to Cast Art Industries, who were producing the various ranges of Dreamsicles. Individual castings, finishing and painting by hand, with natural floral decorations and subtle finishing touches, assured that no two Dreamsicles were ever exactly alike.

As Kristin's sculptures continued to increase in popularity, so did membership in The Dreamsicles Club. Formed in 1993, the club was one of the fastest growing collector organizations with at one point over 110,000 members. The membership came with a Clubhouse Magazine and as an extra free gift, the Membership Kit included the first ever Dreamsicles Journal and a "Keepsake" box.

In 2003 Willitts Designs acquired the brand. There is no official website anymore, but if you are curious how it looked like until 2002, visit this archived webpage. A few lines included Dreamsicles Garden Collection, Our Daily Blessings, and Love Notes.

How can I receive collectors books from start to end
Hi, I'm afraid there are only some books available on Amazon.

Has anyone heard of an auction site or large collector wanting to buy Dreamsicles? I have collected them since 1995 but just don't have space for them anymore. I have over 600 of them (most in boxes). I do have most of the limited edition pieces and I have a good amount of pieces that were hand signed by Kristen (with a messages) at various signing events.
No idea, sorry. Maybe you could search on Facebook as well for some collectors groups. If you want to know what signed pieces are worth, you could try this page: Dreamsicles signed.

Hello, I do not know much about dreamsicles however my mom collected them when my sister and I were young. We are trying to find a specific mouse with bleu cheese. We believe it is part of the northern lights series. We desperately want even a picture of it so we can confirm it exists. We have been driving ourselves crazy looking for it! Any help would be appreciated.
They made so many, it's sometimes difficult to find a piece. I also looked everywhere but can't find a mouse with a blue cheese. Maybe it's not a Dreamsicles? You could also try the guides and Facebook group mentioned below in other comments.

Im looking for a newer than 2001 value guide. Is there one available? I have items that are not shown in the edition I have? Info appreciated.
I could only find this 2001 guide and 2000 guide on Amazon...

Are dreamsicles worth more if you have original box?
Sure, but if they have a low value to begin with, it would not be much more I'm afraid...

I am interested in selling some of my collection. Are folks still buying these or are there any collectors out there that may be interested? Thanks!!
Some are still being sold on eBay, so that might be the place to start selling. Also check Craigslist and Amazon.

Could I receive a dreamsicles price book I have over 120 dreamsicles
Hi, I am not affiliated with Dreamsicles, and I don't have these books. So your best bet is to try Amazon. See link in the description above.

I am selling my collection and would like to know the value of each figure. An example of one that I have is called Wedding Rehearsal. What is the value? Originally it cost $20.00. Please let me know. Thank you.
You could use eBay to determine value (you can even look up sold pieces to get an idea of the end price of auctions). For example you can take a look on this page for: Dreamsicles Wedding Rehearsal.
